Mike Dabidat’s comprehensive professional experience and training give him the leadership skills and knowledge to effectively and efficiently tackle today’s most critical business issues. He began his accounting career in 2002 as a staff accountant at a New York accounting firm and quickly worked his way up the ranks to become senior manager. In that position Mike was responsible for overseeing the firm’s audit and collateral examination department; at the same time—as auditor, business and tax advisor, and wealth management leader—he provided expert support to the firm’s top management, as well as leading clients and lending institutions.

Throughout his career, Mike has conducted and overseen exemplary completion of financial statement audits and reviews, as well as numerous collateral examinations of companies, ranging from service organizations to manufacturers, distributors and retailers. In the process, he has fostered strategic alliances with senior bank executives, while his leadership skills and professional abilities have significantly benefited clients’ bottom lines.

As a go-to field examiner, he has been called upon to assess and articulate borrowers’ financial condition, collateral integrity, and lenders’ exposure. In recognition of his abilities and experience, Mike has been enlisted by senior bank executives to assist them with distressed clients as well as liquidation proceedings involving insolvent clients.

Mike received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting in 2002 from Hunter College of the City University of New York. A Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York, he is a member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants.
